Vacation Apartments at Massade, St Lucia
The client had a steeply sloping parcel of land on which vacation apartments had to be accommodated, while keeping in mind the steep slope and allowing for maximum apartments to have views of the sea.
Coordsol designed the apartments in a way that most of the rooms had a view of the sea.
By creating a stepped profile in the land parcel, more number of rooms were accommodated. The highest point of the site was designated as common recreational facilities with a terrace deck that had a pool and open dining area with majestic sea views.
